In order for an event to be considered an official Chalice Event and advertised as such, it must be officially approved by any one of the following: the Minister, the Director of Family Ministries, the Music Director, the Coordinating Team, or the Board of Trustees.

If approved by anyone other than the Coordinating Team, the Coordinating Team should be notified so that scheduling for the event can be worked out appropriately.

Events that are fundraisers are covered by the Stewardship Policy and are approved by Coordinating Team.
