You are always welcome at Chalice UU Congregation. We are embracing of many beliefs, welcoming of all genders and sexual orientations, and increasingly accessible to people of many abilities.

We change lives for the better. These testimonials from participants in our community speak to the acceptance, transformation, and happiness we find at Chalice.

As you explore our website and learn about our location, feel free to contact us with your questions. We look forward to meeting you and helping you find what you need.

Plan Your First Sunday Visit

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the 9 am or 11 am worship service and stop by the Welcome Table in the courtyard. You’ll find friendly and helpful greeters who will tell you about what’s happening on that Sunday and provide you with information about our community. At the Welcome Table, you’ll get a name tag and an order of service for worship. On your second visit to Chalice, you’ll have a printed name tag waiting for you at the Welcome Table.

In your order of service will be a yellow Connection Card. This is where you can tell us of your interests, how you found us, and of any questions we can answer. If you leave your email address, someone will be in touch, and you will be added to the email list to receive weekly notices of upcoming events and activities. You can drop your Connection Card in a basket by the chapel door as you leave the chapel.

After worship, please stay and enjoy a cup of coffee and refreshments in our courtyard. You may be nervous meeting new people–that’s okay! We will do our best to help you feel welcome and comfortable.

On the fourth Sunday of the month is our Newcomers Coffee and Campus Tour. This gathering takes place between services in our Fireside Lounge. You will receive a welcoming gift  and visit with other newcomers, a member of our Board of Trustees, and other congregants. At 10:30, you will be taken on a campus tour to become more familiar with our buildings and rooms.

We hope to see you soon!
