For the “Use It Up!” Challenge:
- There are tons of recipe websites for finding exciting recipes to “use up” your ingredients–just enter your ingredient (or several you want to use together) into google search
- If your recipe calls for a specialty item you don’t want to buy, you can use google search to find substitutions (example: google search for “coconut oil substitute”)

- It is hard to find a web article about eating slower that doesn’t over-emphasize weight loss; this is the best I could find. (Minister’s note: I have been using a timer to slow my eating to take 20 minutes per meal)
