Coordinating Team would like to thank and recognize Bruce Campbell for his work as a Lay Chaplain, a Good Relations Team member, and fair trade chocolate representative.

Currently: Lay Chaplain, Good Relations team member, Greeter, Equal Exchange Fair Trade coffee/ tea/ Chocolate sales
Previously: Cabaret usher captain, Sunday school teacher

WHEN DID YOU START COMING TO CHALICE?
We attended Chalice in the early 1990’s when we met at the Golden West Academy. We became members of Chalice in the mid 1990’s.

WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO VOLUNTEER?
I felt that I could help programs that were personally important to me.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT VOLUNTEERING?
Meeting members, friends and visitors of the congregation that I wouldn’t without volunteering.

DO YOU VOLUNTEER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, OUTSIDE OF CHALICE?
None presently

WHAT PURPOSE/VALUE/FEELING DO YOU FEEL/GAIN/HAVE WHEN YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING?
Selling Equal Exchange fair trade products at cost is a way for me to feel connected with Chalice’s efforts to pursue social justice in the wider world.

U. S. Navy career dentist stationed in San Diego from 1990 to my retirement in 2003.

Dental hygienist at MCAS Miramar.

Married to Kaye since 1972/Children Mari, Bob, Greg
